Laureus concept and creative
I would suggest we do a drone shoot if possible so we can get exactly the footage we need rather than trying to source stock footage however I think the creative will be possible using 4K stock footage but with a shoot we can get exactly what is required as well as creating HDRI maps from the footage we shoot on the day. A sunrise shoot would be ideal and then a sunset shoot into the night so we can transition from night to day if so required creating 2 looks of a premium Paris. Angles and distance are of up most importance to create the illusion of the award replacing the Eiffel Tower

Paint and sim work
The above paint sims study enabled me to look at colour, shape and form. Velocity and point colour blending on the mesh plays an important part if we choose some elements from the above loops.
